Eratz is in the business of aquiring, initiating, and supervising oil and gas ventures for private investors generally engaged in the oil and gas drilling and exploration business. Its purpose is to diburse revenue and to operate our properties. Its offices are located at 1600 Promenade Center, Suite 820, Richardson, Texas, 75080. Since the mid 1990s, Eratz has established 18 gas fields in Palo Pinto County, Texas.Our future is to expand into develpment in the southwest region of Palo Pinto County, Texas.

Samuel H. Roden is President of Eratz. Before entering the oil and gas indusrty in 1985, Mr. Roden had an executive background in the insurance business where he held a management position with Union Insurance Company. Entering the oil and gas industry in 1985, Mr. Roden held a management position with two other Dallas-based energy companies.He has been involved in the funding of over 150 ventures internationally and in the United States. He has served as an account executive for these firms. Since 1989, Mr. Roden has provided private investors industry level drilling ventures and has established reserves for the investor and the company. In our future, Eratz plans to form a public identity as Energy Bank of Texas.
