The Harris project is located west of Archer City in Archer County, about 25 miles due south of Wichita Falls in north Texas. The geology is described further in the project's Private Placement Memorandum, but a summary concludes the possibly of much larger reserves than found in nearby producing wells. Here are some of the reasons why you should consider investing in this project:
Drilling and completion of the first well are targeted for the end of the year. Additional wells included in the project will be drilled next year after first well results are confirmed.
The project offers 8 units, each priced at $100,000 representing 12.5% working interest (9.125% Net Revenue Interest). Financial projections have been determined by our geologists and petroleum engineers using production rates, decline rates and well duration based on experience. Please look at the Memorandum for details.

Incidentally no one can accurately forecast oil prices. However, we are confident that long-term the price of oil will continue to rise and demand increase while availability diminishes. It is certain that oil prices will move in tandem with business cycles and market conditions over the life of this well.
